Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Insurance

Your peace of mind is important to us. Every order placed on fancyfragrance.net is automatically insured for up to $100. In the event of damage or loss during transit, this insurance covers the value of your package up to that amount.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fancy Fragrance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, the ownership transfers to the customer. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
