No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for any products once they have been shipped. Please ensure you are certain of your selection before placing your order.

Shipping & Insurance

Every order shipped from Fancy Fragrance is automatically insured for up to $100. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hoursof delivery.

 * Please email fancyfragrance.net@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.

 * For items damaged in transit, we will assist you in utilizing the included $100 shipping insurance to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled or modified.
